"Nikki is very personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed at my first assessment appointment and have been throughout my whole programme with Nikki. She took all of this on board & recommended an anti-inflammatory diet with a few supplements which gave great results within a month. I also lost 12llbs in weight over the food plan and saw a reduction in my hot flushes and an increase in my libido. Corporate Speaking

As a nutritional therapist who specials in women's hormone health I also offer corporate speaking.

I find that the menopause is a major transition in a woman’s life, it can have significant effects on her physical and mental health, including hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, and decreased cognitive function.

These symptoms can negatively impact a woman’s work performance, productivity, and overall well-being. Despite the prevalence of menopause, many workplaces do not provide adequate information and support for women going through this transition.

This lack of understanding and support can lead to women feeling isolated and unsupported during this time, potentially leading to absenteeism, presenteeism, and a loss of talent from the workforce. Employers have a responsibility to create a supportive and inclusive workplace for all employees, including those going through menopause. This means providing information and education about menopause, offering flexible work arrangements, and ensuring that appropriate policies are in place to accommodate women’s needs during this time.
